The Phoenix Swap Meet is an exclusive Classic Car and related parts and items only event.
Vendor’s who attend, range from everyday people to die-hard Classic Car Enthusiasts and Small Business Owners to Large Commercial Businesses.
Anyone can participate, be it to show off your Classic Car, or to turn your Car or Old Car Parts into CASH. We welcome you all!
Parts Seller Spaces are approximately 20’x 20’ and sell for $40.00 each. Prime Spaces are $50.00 each. Space cost covers both days of the event and also includes admission for 2 people per vendor for the event. Only one vehicle per space and trailers are counted as vehicles. All vehicles and trailers must be parked on your swap meet parts seller spaces. We do not provide a drop off area for vehicles or trailers. Each vehicle must have a pass with matching plate numbers, passes are non-transferable. Pre-registration is highly recommended due to strong demand and spaces are allotted randomly on a first-come first serve basis.
Cars for Show and Sale Car Corral Spaces sell for $20.00 ea. Space cost covers both days of the event and also includes admission for 2 people per vendor for the event. The sale of car parts is not permitted in the Car Corral area. No pre-registration is required for the Car Corral Spaces. Feel free to bring your vehicle the day of the event. If you are towing in your car, there is no additional charge for the tow vehicle parking. If you cannot remove your show car from its trailer, you may unhook in the show car area and park your tow vehicle in the designated tow vehicle area. We highly recommend arriving early to avoid lines and secure your space.
For all other spaces, pre-registration is highly recommended. Hassle free, and no waiting in line, you can register by printing the registration form and mailing it or faxing it (completed) along with your payment. Checks, Visa, Master Card, Discover or Amex cards as well as paypal accepted. We are paypal verified, so all your transactions are secure.

Phoenix Swap Meet and Classic Car Shows are "Rain or Shine Events" which means, We Swap no matter what! No refunds.
Vendors have the option for early set-up on Friday, so that they are ready for business the following day. Early Vendor Set Up opens Friday 9am to DUSK.
Vendors may camp on their own swap spaces Friday and Saturday nights.
There are 120 RV campsites with hookups on the fairgrounds. Cost is $30.00 per night. Early set-up is recommended to avoid waiting in line. Vendor set-up opens at 5:00 AM Saturday morning. Gates open to spectators at 7:00 AM.
The Swap Meet and Car Corral are held in the North Parking Lot of the Arizona State Fairgrounds. The Vendor Entrance Gate is at the 18th & Encanto Gate.
